33mm processed-type collagen casings are the preferred choice for making processed, smoked, pre-cooked, semi-dried or dried sausage. Make snack sticks, Italian, Polish or Cajun sausage, bratwurst or pepperoni without the mess of preparing traditional hog casings. Each package includes enough casings for approximately 30-35 pounds of meat. Casings are vacuum packed in a poly bag for safe storage.
