Return Policy

STANDARD RETURN:

30 day return policy. If the purchase doesn't meet your expectation, please inform us within 30 days. An RMA (return authorization number) and return address will be provided for the return. Any return due to buyer's Remorse will be at buyer's expense (the return shipping is at the customers expense and responsibility). Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Once the item is returned in the original condition a full refund will be issued. For standard returns email support@casagear.com. Include the order number, name on the order, and the reason for the return.

FEDEX DAMAGE/DEFECT RETURN:

All items received must be inspected by the customer within 15 days of delivery for any defects or damages. After our 15 day policy we are not liable for any claim. To open a damage/defect claim please email  support@casagear.com including the order number, name on the order, description of the damage/defect along with pictures attached showing the damage/defect.

FEDEX DAMAGE/DEFECT RETURN:

ll items upon receipt from any freight shipping carrier must be inspected for any visible or concealed damage. All freight damages must be notated "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. If there are visible damages we would advise you to refuse the order and notate "refused due to damages" on the delivery receipt. This will expedite your refund and claim. Any damages/defects noticed after accepting delivery must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. To open a damage/defect freight claim please email support@casagear.com including the order number, name on the order, description of the damage/defect along with pictures attached showing the damage/defect.
