Casagear Shipping and Order Policy

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to our customers.

We ship small parcels by FedEx Ground service for faster shipping, and all large shipments are delivered by truck freight / LTL. No matter the distance or package size, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

We currently deliver to 48 inland states across the United States, and our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination.

 

General Information:

Always remember to provide your street address for faster service through FedEx.

Once your order has been processed and payment is cleared, your item will be delivered between 4 and 10 business days.

Our shipping carriers do not make indoor deliveries.

For items shipped by truck freight / LTL – Please provide your phone number during checkout so that the trucking company may call you to make a delivery appointment.

Damaged or Missing Items Policy:

Remember to inspect all merchandise upon delivery and to make a record of any damaged or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.

Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, do not throw away the packaging and contact us promptly.

If the product is damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim with the carrier.

Call (888) 641-3914 to speak to a customer service representative from Casagear in order to request an inspection of the damaged item or to initiate a freight claim.

Special Shipping Policy:

Extra charges apply on shipments to international countries, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Order Refusal Policy:

Please note that Casagear is focused on fulfilling all sales orders, but under certain circumstances Casagear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock issues, including: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies such as incorrect product photos, errors in product title, description, or pricing information, or any problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
