Shipping Services:

  • Small Parcels: Shipped via FedEx Ground for expedited delivery.
  • Large Shipments: Delivered by truck freight/LTL, ensuring secure transportation of larger items.

Regardless of the destination or package size, our commitment is to deliver your order accurately, in excellent condition, and within the promised timeframe.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to 48 mainland states across the United States.
  • Shipping and delivery lead times vary based on your location.

Special Shipping Policy:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Additional shipping charges apply.
  • Canada: Additional shipping charges apply.
  • International: We can ship to most international destinations. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

General Information:

  • Provide your street address for faster FedEx service.
  • After your order is processed and payment cleared, expect delivery within 4 to 10 business days.
  • Our carriers do not offer indoor delivery.
  • For truck freight/LTL shipments, please provide a phone number at checkout to arrange a delivery appointment.

Damaged or Missing Items Policy:

  • Inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note any damages or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Any damages or shortages not reported at the time of delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Open all cartons immediately when possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the packaging and contact us promptly.
  • If your product is damaged during transit, file a claim with the carrier.
