At Casagear, we carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Methods

Small Parcel Orders: Shipped via FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or USPS Ground services
Large or Heavy Items: Shipped via national freight carriers, trucking companies, or LTL services

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and international destinations. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Delivery Information

-Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days after payment is processed

-Delivery times may vary by location

-For truck freight / LTL shipments, please provide a phone number at checkout so the carrier can schedule a delivery appointment

White Glove Delivery: Available on all large furniture items for room-of-choice delivery, item assembly, and added convenience.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if anything is missing, contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.

When possible:

-Note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing

-Keep all packaging if concealed damage is found after delivery

-Email us your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

Order Policy

Casagear reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in limited circumstances, including:

-stock unavailability

-pricing or product information errors

-payment, fraud, or verification concerns

If this occurs, our team will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
